An overview of filled-out checklists is available in the Checklist Dashboard. It brings an overview of the quality offered at your property. Take a look at the data to find your strengths and weaknesses.
How can I get this?
The dashboard is automatically added to any management group with access to the Quality Control module. It is available in the Overview or Analytics menu.
If you would like to have access please reach out to our support team.
How does it work?
The dashboard consists of 4 different pages/reports, providing you with data aggregated from the filled-out checklists.
The Overview or Checklist Dashboard tab provides you with an overview of filled-out checklists in a selected period. You can see the number of checklists filled per selected period and the success rate based on successful or failed responses.
Below the graphs, we added two lists. One list contains the top 5 most common failed checks and the second list the top 5 users who were assigned to units with the most failed checks (responses).
The second tab is the Checklist archive filled-out. This tab is replacing the old overview where you were able to download the checklists. The table contains all filled-out checklists for the selected period/date. You can also see a preview of the chosen checklist by clicking on one.
With filters, you can narrow down the needed checklist to find the one you are looking for. You can filter by checklist name, creator of the checklist, and date of creation, by a reference if the checklist was filled out in a specific room. And if the room was assigned at the time, you can also filter by the assigned employee.
The third report is intended to analyse the failed responses. If a response entered on a checklist was marked as a fail (red) then that record will be included in this report.
The table will contain all failed checks and responses in the selected period, while the side list will sum them up either per most common or per employee.
The last report is a novelty on our platform. It is a visualization report of the readings. Reading is a check on a checklist where a user needs to input a number, like temperature or maybe a count of items etc.
The graph will show the entered records in a specific timeframe, while the cards above will calculate the average and show the maximum or minimum reading for that period.
Be careful, if you select different readings the data may not represent what you are looking for.
The tables allow you to see a preview and even print it out or save it as a PDF be it a list of checklists or a list of responses.
