How to read minibar analytics?

Flexkeeping application gives you a simple overview of your minibar management and allows you to enter the consumption in an easy way.

How to overview consumption?

You can access an overview of all consumptions on your computer in the Flexkeeping web app. Here you can view the data for a specific day or a longer period.

In the main left-side menu select "Analytics" and then "Minibar". Choose the desired time period and click "Get data". The report will return an overview of consumption for all rooms in a chosen period.

By selecting the "Filter" button you can further narrow down the list. 

You can also use the "Search" to find a specific room or item. The total count and value are shown on the right side. The report can be printed or exported by clicking on the printer icon.
