Add control for consumption editing


A new control was added to the minibar, laundry, and cosmetics modules to allow certain user groups to add new consumption entries but prevent them from editing or deleting existing ones. Users in restricted groups will see disabled edit/delete buttons for existing records, and any attempt to edit via direct link or API will be blocked with a clear error message. This ensures more precise access management while keeping the process of adding new entries simple and unchanged for hospitality teams.


Improvements


Implement filter "departure tomorrow" on /workday page


Introduced a “departure tomorrow” filter on the /workday page, aligning the web experience with the mobile app. This helps staff quickly find rooms scheduled to depart the next day, streamlining daily operations and improving task planning.


DND and GDC attributes to be applied on all cleanliness statuses


Enhanced the system so “Do Not Disturb” (DND) and “Guest Declined Cleaning” (GDC) statuses can now be set across all cleanliness states, not just specific ones. This makes it easier for teams to recognize and respect guest preferences, regardless of the room’s current status.


Support parsing of reservations (in reserved) to unassigned unit - MEWS


The handling of reservations from MEWS has been improved for cases where reservations are not assigned to a specific unit. Now, if a reservation is only reserved, it will not be linked to a unit but will still display the correct space details; if checked in, the system will process a simulated check-out, and if checked out, the update will be skipped. This ensures smoother handling of room moves and keeps reservation data accurate and consistent.

Bugs


Changing task type clears Select space (room number) field - Tier 1


Fixed an issue where changing the task type while creating a new task would clear the selected room number, forcing users to reselect the space. Now, the selected room remains intact when switching task types, streamlining the process and preventing unnecessary extra steps.


Deleted space key on assignments not translated


Resolved a bug where deleted spaces in assignments displayed an untranslated “deleted_space” key instead of a proper message. The system now uses the correct translation function, ensuring users see a clear, localized message when a space has been removed.


When editing a L&F with custom space, the space disappears


Fixed an issue where editing a Lost & Found entry with a custom space would cause the space field to appear empty, preventing users from saving changes. The custom space now remains visible and editable, allowing smooth updates to entries.


Error on feedback


Addressed an error that occurred when viewing feedback items, particularly with the Norwegian language setting, due to date formatting issues. The fix ensures feedback details display correctly for all languages without errors.
