Downloading the app
Go to Play Store or Apple Store and search for Flexkeeping. Once the app is downloaded you will be prompted to the login page.
When signing in for the first time you will need to choose between the two environments
Sign in to the app.flexkeeping or
Sign-in for enterprise users
New clients will opt for the app.flexkeeping
Enterprise users: this option applies only to the clients who have their Flexkeeping domain. For example: hotelname.flexkeeping.com.Typically, these are our existing clients from previous years.
When a user from an enterprise domain downloads the app and logs in for the first time, they will be requested to enter the register code. This code is provided to you during the onboarding. If you dont know what the code is please contact your onboarding specialist or support on at support@flexkeeping.com
In the next step, you will need to enter the username and password. These are the same credentials that you are using for the web version.
Forgot your password
In case you forgot the password, click on the Forgot Password button.
If your account is linked to the email address, a reset link will be sent to your inbox and you can set up the new password.
If the account is not linked to the email address, please contact your manager/administrator.
