The Flexkeeping assistant is an AI-powered solution that enables you to create tasks through voice recording in your chosen language.
To use this feature, follow the steps below:
Click on Add task on your mobile and start recording by clicking the FlexAssistant button.
Record the message in your language.
Once done, press Stop. The form will be automatically filled out. You can edit the task if needed before submitting it.
Once the task is saved, it appears on the task list as shown in the screenshot below. Based on the recorded message, the following details were added:
Assignment code, including a message
Assignment type: guest requests
Space: room number
Guest details: the guest who is currently staying in this room
Due date
Assigned to: The housekeeper assigned to this room was added as the responsible person for completing the task.
