An issue occurred with the behavior of the linen change option on the web. We have reviewed the logic for adding and removing space attributes and adjusted the behavior in the Status view pop-up.
 | Incorrect display of scheduled tasks on a pending list |
A bug in autopopulating the scheduled date for Pre-arrival assignments caused them to appear on the Pending list, even though they should have been scheduled for future days. We have adjusted the logic so that Pre-arrival assignments will automatically be scheduled for the guest's arrival day and will not be displayed on the Pending list until that day arrives.

When an assignment with a connected guest was edited, the guest connection was inadvertently removed. We have improved the logic to ensure the guest remains connected to the assignment.
 | New option to hide Add room order button |
We have re-implemented the option to restrict users from creating room orders based on their group settings. This configuration, called "groups_can_not_add," is available per assignment type. With this setup, the "Add Room Order" button will be hidden for groups that do not have permission to create room orders in Flexkeeping.
 | Assignment details full view |
Based on client feedback, we have implemented an automatic display of all assignment details in full view. Users can now collapse the view of data that is not relevant to them if needed.
