The Cleaning Credits Editor is a powerful tool that helps you manage cleaning credits across spaces and assignment codes in one workspace. This guide will walk you through its core functionalities and how to use them.

Overview

Until now, the Spaces Editor and Assignment Codes Editor were separate. Now they’re combined into one streamlined interface with useful tables and bulk management filters.

Navigating the Interface

Tabs: Spaces vs. Assignment Codes

The editor features two main tabs:

  • Spaces: Manage cleaning credits for individual or groups of spaces.

  • Assignment Codes: Manage credits related to cleaning-related tasks or feedback.

You can switch between these tabs while maintaining a consistent interface layout.

Table View

Both tabs use a table format to show detailed credit data. Here's what you'll see:

Spaces Tab Columns

  • Space Name: Room name in your preferred language.

  • Credits Type: Space status, cleaning type, space attribute.

  • Credits Subtype: Based on preselected credit types.

    • Space status: Empty, Stayover, Departure

    • Cleaning type: Customizable list of cleaning types

    • Space attributes: Linen change

  • Amount of Credits: Value of credits assigned.

Assignment Codes Tab Columns

  • Assignment Code: Displayed in your language.

  • Credits Type: Assignment code.

  • Credits Subtype:

    • Task, Repair, Cleaning Flaw, Negative Feedback, Positive Feedback, Cost of Quality.

  • Amount of Credits: Value of credits assigned.

✏️ Adding & Editing Credits

You can add or change cleaning credits using the Create Credits button in the top right corner.

It only takes 3 steps:

  1. Choose which Rooms or Assignment Codes you want to add credits for.

  2. Set the type and subtype of credits you want to create.

  3. Set the amount of credits belonging to each record.

You can apply the same amount of credits for the selection, or you can adjust the records individually in the second step.

Newly created credits will be added to your list.

⚡ Quick Actions

For updating existing credits, you can use bulk selection:

  • Use quick actions to edit or delete selected items.

  • Selecting “Edit” will open a pop-up, where you can update the records directly.

Filters for Easier Management

Use filters and search to narrow down your selection.

Filters are applicable on certain columns directly. Additionally, you can sort each column based on your needs.

Tips & Best Practices

  • ✅ Always review bulk edits before confirming.

  • Remember that changes reflect per record—each row is tracked individually.
