Status Import

The status import page serves as a solution for properties that don't have an option to integrate their PMS system with Flexkeeping. On this page, the users have the ability to manually modify cleanliness and reservation statuses for each room.

To access this page, navigate to the HK Management - Status Import. 

The following changes can be made:

Cleanliness status: click on the room number to change the status from dirty to inspected or vice versa. 

Reservation status: to change the reservation status select from the following options: 

• D for departure

• S for stayover and

• E for empty

  
  

Adding attributes: you can add or remove the attributes by clicking on the left side of the room button and the list of the following attributes will be displayed:

• Due in

• Change Linen

• Checked Out

• OOS - out of order 

• For check

• Guest declined cleaning

• DND - do not disturb

• Guest in space

• Assign Turndown and

• Turndown completed

Once the statuses have been modified, make sure to click on the Save Changes button.

Please note that this menu will be added during the onboarding process and that it is only accessible on the web

The morning status import

For properties that prefer not to make manual changes of the rooms one by one, there is an alternative option to update them by importing the reservation data into Flexkeeping via an Excel spreadsheet.
