Checklists are stored in a menu called Audits/Checklists. You can access them both from both the mobile and desktop versions.

Checklists that are linked to the rooms, can be accessible directly in the room by:
Clicking on the rooms menu,
Select the room and press on Room View button
Click on the Audit/Checklist button and
Select the applicable checklist
If you have any checklists that are not linked to the rooms, like for example maintenance checklists, etc., those can be accessible in the menu called Audits/Checklists.
To start filling out the checklist, press the green plus button to open the list of tasks and mark them as done. If a task cannot be completed, click on the green "OK" button to change its status to "Not OK."
By clicking on a task, the editor will open, offering the following options at the bottom of the screen:
"Comment": Add additional information related to the task.
"Severity": Change the severity level of the task.
"Add photo/video": Attach relevant pictures or videos to provide further details.
Once all the necessary information has been added, press the "Confirm" button to save the changes.
When all tasks in the checklist have been reviewed, click the "Confirm" button to save the checklist.
Web
To fill out the checklist on the web, you will need to navigate to the Audit/Checklists module. Click on the Start New Checklist button and select the checklist. If you are working on the checklist that is linked to the room, in the next step you will need to select the room number, if applicable and then click on the Start button.
