This feature enables you to track rooms currently undergoing cleaning. Here is how it works:
Real-time Tracking: Every time a housekeeper begins cleaning a room, Flexkeeping will instantly display a pin on that room. This makes it a breeze for housekeeping managers like yourself to see where each housekeeper is at any given moment.
Seamless Transitions: As the housekeeper completes cleaning and moves to the next room, the location indicator will automatically shift to the new room. It's dynamic, intuitive, and designed to save housekeeping managers precious time.
On the web this is presented with the green line
On the mobile app, this is presented as a bubble with the housekeeping team member's initials.
We also show when the housekeeper is actively cleaning the room. This is indicated by a green dot, meaning that the housekeeper is currently cleaning the room. If there is no green dot displayed, it means that the housekeeper has already finished cleaning that room but has not yet entered another room.
Benefits:
Efficiency: Quickly allocate resources where needed without the back-and-forth.
Safety: Keep a bird's eye view on your team's whereabouts, ensuring their well-being.
Improved Communication: Reduce the number of calls or messages, knowing you can find any housekeeper at a glance.
We've made this feature available on both Android and iOS mobile devices to ensure that wherever you are, the power of Live Location Tracking is right in your pocket.
